Job Summary:

The F&B Service Staff is responsible for delivering courteous, efficient, and professional service to all guests in the restaurant, banquet, and room service areas. The role ensures an exceptional dining experience through attentiveness, teamwork, and adherence to RK Resorts’ hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
Take food & beverage orders and ensure timely, accurate service.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service standards throughout the shift.
Assist in buffet, banquet, and in-room dining service as required.
Handle guest feedback politely and report major issues to supervisors.
Ensure billing accuracy and support POS/cash transactions.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
Participate in team briefings and service training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management / F&B Service preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
Knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant procedures.
Team player with a positive and guest-focused attitude.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Based on experience and skill level.
