We need a reliable person who can manage the shop and also support in the kitchen. Your role will include supervising daily outlet operations, greeting and handling customers, keeping the shop clean, managing stock, and opening/closing the outlet on time. On the kitchen side, you’ll help with momo moulding, sauce preparation, steaming/frying, plating, and maintaining food quality & hygiene. Prior food/kitchen experience is a plus, but if you are a quick learner with leadership qualities, we’ll train you. You should be punctual, hardworking, customer-friendly, and ready to work hands-on with the team.
