Job Summary:

The Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for providing warm, efficient, and professional service to all guests at the reception. The role includes handling guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality at RK Resorts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle room reservations, billing, and guest records accurately.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for guest needs.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other guest communications effectively.
  • Handle payments, receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby areas neat, clean, and organized.
  • Support night audit duties and other front office tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations (hotel/resort).
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., IDS, Opera, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages:
  • English & Hindi – Mandatory
  • Pleasant personality with a guest-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Salary:

  • Based on experience and performance.
