Job Summary:

The Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role ensures guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects RK Resorts’ quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors as per standards.
Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies daily.
Check all equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness in public areas, lobbies, and service corridors.
Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.
Ensure lost and found procedures are followed correctly.
Handle guest requests courteously and ensure prompt follow-up.
Support in laundry and deep cleaning operations as assigned.
Maintain high levels of hygiene, personal grooming, and discipline.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth guest operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in housekeeping (hotel or resort).
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and equipment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pleasant personality with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
