Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused operation manager to oversee our residency Front office management

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
Verifying guests payment methods during check-in.
Assigning rooms to guests and providing information about us.
Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Organizing transport services for guests at their request.

Required Skill :

Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software.

Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Well-presented and professional appearance

Experience and Qualification:

Relevant Qualification in hotel management

Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
