Job Role: Service Staff

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Your role will involve taking orders, answering questions about food and drink options, and delivering top-notch customer service throughout the dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet, and assist customers with a friendly attitude.

• Attending to customers upon entrance to the restaurant

• Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverages

• Take and serve customer orders promptly and accurately.

• Preparing the tables with special attention to sanitation and order

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area and dining spaces.

• Restock supplies and ensure smooth service operations.

• Handle customer queries and provide information about menu items.

Requirements:

• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus (not mandatory).

• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Attention to cleanliness and safety
