Mr. Shanmuga Raja (Course Director) and Flair Bartending Trainer Mr. Suresh and the Senior Students of Indian Institute of Bartending conducted a Training program for the staff of Hotel Ambica Empire, Chennai. The objective of the workshop was to strengthen the practical aspects to the students by involving them.The team of IIBT was honoured by the M. D. The day 22nd December 2009 was a rainbow day for the students of Oscar Hotel Management Catering Technology, Thirupattur, Vellore Dist. The team of IIBT not only conducted workshop but also cleared up some misconceptions about bartending. The day ended with the much-awaited interactive session between the IIBT team and the students. Students fired their doubts and queries at the team of IIBT who gladly answered them.
